Clinical Skills Unit
The state-of-the-art clinical skills unit can accommodate 30 delegates. Each station is equipped with a microscope, fibre optic handpieces, a touchscreen monitor to stream activity as well as state-of -the-art magnetic, fully adjustable jaws which allow reproduction of natural lower jaw movements.
Haptics Training Suite
Dental haptics are used for tactile feedback technology, enhancing the learning and practice of dental procedures. By simulating realistic sensations, dental haptic devices allow students and professionals to refine their skills in a safe environment, improving hand-eye coordination and technique.
Based in Altrincham Town Centre, the North West Dental Training Hub is a state-of-the-art educational facility enabling the current and future dental workforce to build skills and knowledge to provide evidence based oral health care.
