The decontamination facility is equipped with 2 washer disinfectors in compliance with HTM-01-05 best practice. An ideal facility for clinical hands-on training for the effective set up of a central sterilisation room including the process and sterilisation of dental instruments.

The facility is essential for processing after course instruments used by students and lecturers. It can also be used for infection control training.
