Immersive learning experience
At each of the 6 stations, delegates can learn new restorative and oral surgery procedures in a safe (virtual) environment.
Haptic simulators
- Touch screen to select the exercise and the equipment needed
- Surgical view screen to simulate a realistic view of the patient
- VR headsets integrated with the screen to perform entirely in virtual reality
- A haptic arm to allow realistic manipulation of various equipment, feeling different resistances when making contact with the tooth components
- A foot pedal to activate dental instruments and control their power, freeing the hands to perform precise manipulations on the patient
